We are seeking an experienced video editor to create engaging content that drives results for our company. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of editing direct response video ads and a deep understanding of performance metrics.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop high-impact mini-VSLs (1-3 minutes) with strategic B-roll placement and compelling flow
- Produce non-narrated performance ads (30s-1min) with seamless B-roll storytelling
- Create UGC talking-head style content (30s-1min) that feels authentic yet polished
- Utilize AI-generated visuals using cutting-edge tools such as Higgsfield, Kling, and Veo3
- Deliver 12-18 high-quality video pieces per week, prioritizing quality over quantity
- Proven experience in editing direct response video ads with measurable success
- Strong understanding of performance metrics and data-driven decision making
- Ability to work autonomously while collaborating effectively with creative strategists
- Comfortable sourcing footage from social media platforms and internal content banks
- Thrives in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment
