Job Overview

We are seeking an accomplished Financial Manager to lead our accounting team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial management processes and ensuring accurate financial reporting.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare comprehensive financial reports for senior management and external stakeholders on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
  • Cost Analysis: Perform detailed project life-cycle cost analysis, including review of sales and marketing expenditures, sales orders, and purchase orders.
  • Financial Guidance: Provide insightful financial information and guidance to support business decisions.
  • Risk Management: Develop and implement financial management mechanisms to minimize financial risk.
  • Audit Support: Collaborate with external auditors to prepare required reporting and documentation.
  • Audit Coordination: Conduct and coordinate internal and external audits and ensure timely completion of fiscal documentation.
  • Accounting Systems: Oversee the company's financial accounting, monitoring, and reporting systems.
  • Budget Planning: Plan and prepare budget and forecasting to drive business growth.
  • Cash Flow Management: Monitor and interpret cash flows and predict future trends.
  • Team Leadership: Lead the Finance and Accounting team to achieve organizational goals.

Key Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • Certification: CPA certification is highly desired.
  • Experience: Direct experience with USA accounting systems and 5 years of experience in managing full accounting duties in a medium- or large-size company.
  • Skills: Advanced knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and experience with ERP accounting software, Microsoft Dynamics.
