About the Position

The Human Resource role is responsible for managing various aspects of HR, including recruitment, payroll, employee relations, and employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment and staffing processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and selecting candidates.
  • Conduct employee orientations, onboarding, and offboarding procedures to ensure a smooth transition for new employees.
  • Administer employee regularizations, compensation, and benefits, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Process timekeeping reports and submit to the accountant for verification.
  • Manage employee performance reviews and provide feedback to employees.
  • Ensure compliance with labor regulations and company policies.

Qualifications

  • Must be willing to report to the office at least once a week.
  • Candidate must possess a Bachelor's/College Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, or equivalent.
  • At least 5 Years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
