Portfolio Property Manager

This role is crucial for the success of a portfolio of properties. The successful candidate will be responsible for taking ownership, staying organized and managing each property as if they were the owner. This requires treating everyone with honesty, respect, and kindness.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service
  • Establish and maintain excellent relationships with tenants, owners, and vendors.
    • Onboarding Process
    • Set up new properties in client software platforms and ensure new property owners are informed and confident in our ability to manage their properties.
      • Lease Renewals
      • Track and manage renewals to minimize vacancy.
        • Maintenance Management
        • Oversee vendors, assign work, obtain approval and ensure successful completion and billing.
          • Tenant Coordination
          • Coordinate tenant move-in, rent collection, posting of late notices and other notices, lease enforcement, and tenant move-out.
            • Social Media Support
            • Assist in creating and posting content on various social media platforms.
              • Additional Duties
              • May be required to assist with different aspects of the business as needed, which may include refining new processes and brainstorming solutions.
              Ideal Qualifications
              • At least 1 year of customer service experience, preferably within a BPO environment
              • Able to work with minimal supervision
              • Responsible and takes ownership of deliverables to clients
              • Able to handle multiple clients simultaneously
              • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
