Customer Service Representative

This role plays a crucial part in supporting inbound customer inquiries, processing orders, following up on leads, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with U.S. business hours.

  • Responds to customer inquiries via email, phone, and live chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Supports customers using our e-commerce platform, assisting with web orders, product availability, pricing, order status, and delivery tracking.
  • Processes sales orders and enters customer data accurately in CRM and ERP systems.
  • Follows up on inbound leads, quote requests (RFQs), and web inquiries to convert interest into sales opportunities.
  • Collaborates with the Customer Service and Operations teams to ensure smooth order execution and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintains accurate customer records and assists with administrative support related to sales transactions.
Key Requirements
  • 1–3 years of experience in customer service, inside sales, or a related B2B role.
  • Excellent communication skills in English — both verbal and written.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Familiarity with CRM and ERP systems (Salesforce, Netsuite, or similar platforms) preferred.
  • Tech-savvy and able to support customers using digital tools and e-commerce systems.
