Job Title: Cyber Security Analyst

We are seeking a skilled Senior Cyber Security Analyst to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who enjoy analyzing complex patterns and behaviors, identifying and investigating anomalous activities within our SaaS security platform.

You will be responsible for conducting advanced investigations of potential automated and human threats, developing actionable insights to enhance our security posture. You will work closely with other teams to contribute to the continuous improvement of our AI/ML detection and response capabilities.

This role requires a strong background in web and API security, coding standards, WAFs, and threat actors. Experience with scripting and programming languages like JavaScript and Python is also essential. Additionally, you should have knowledge of managing production web environments using tools like Kubernetes.

A key aspect of this role is your ability to collaborate with globally distributed teams to achieve shared goals. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and staying up-to-date with the latest developments in the cybersecurity landscape.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and analyze events from various sources to detect threats and respond promptly.
  • Collaborate with teams to achieve shared goals.

  • Participate in incident investigations and threat hunting engagements.
Requirements:
  • Strong hands-on SQL proficiency is essential.
  • Familiarity with open-source analytics and visualization tools.
  • Experience in red-teaming and whitehat hacking.
  • Knowledge of computer and network security.
  • Integrating security into build automation and deployment automation.
  • Mentoring development teams and reviewing pull requests.
