Job Title: Presales Engineer

Network Security Solutions Expertise Required

Concentrix is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Presales Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise and support to our sales teams and customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements and design network and security-based solutions that meet their needs.
  • Develop and deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations to customers.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest technologies and industry trends to provide the best possible solutions to our customers.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that solutions are implemented efficiently and effectively.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar environment, preferably in presales engineering for network and security solutions.
  • Strong English communication and presentation skills, with good listening and comprehension skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Technical knowledge and understanding of Splunk products and associated technologies.
  • Strong understanding of network security principles, threat landscape, and cybersecurity frameworks.

Additional Requirements:

  • Network or security certification is a plus (not required).
