This role offers the opportunity to work closely with our CEO, providing executive support and strategic guidance. You will be responsible for managing calendars, prioritizing tasks, and facilitating leadership meetings.

As an Executive Partner, you will play a critical role in helping us achieve our business objectives. This includes coordinating board meetings, facilitating leadership team meetings, and organizing cultural initiatives.

Essential Functions
  • Executive and Strategic Support:
    • Manage calendars, prioritize tasks, and facilitate leadership meetings
    • Support thought leadership efforts through content research and early drafting
    • Provide outbound support to help book speaking engagements and respond to inquiries
  • Initiatives and Leadership Projects:
    • Serve as a primary liaison to our board members and shareholders by coordinating meetings and preparing materials
    • Coordinate corporate planning sessions
    • Drive special projects as needed
    • Act as our EOS Administrator; prepare agendas, summarize decisions and action items, communicate reminders
  • Culture and Company Connection:
    • Plan and execute major company events
    • Execute on client appreciation initiatives that deliver learning and connection
    • Manage the monthly CEO newsletter process and other company communications
