Roles and Responsibilities:
  • We are seeking a skilled professional to respond to inbound customer calls related to appointment scheduling.
  • You will identify customer needs and determine the appropriate type of appointment.
  • Schedule appointments for technicians, taking into account their availability and travel time.
  • Update and maintain accurate customer records and appointment information in our system.
  • Handle calls from technicians regarding scheduling issues, such as delays or other concerns.
  • Assist with billing-related calls, transferring customers to our onshore team for resolution when necessary.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 6 months BPO experience (preferably for a Voice Account).
  • Appointment Setting experience is highly valued.
  • Strong attention to details and accuracy are essential.
  • You must be able to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team are required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets is necessary.
  • Excellent verbal and written English skills are required.
  • You must be willing to work onsite in Manila.
  • Amenability to working night shifts is preferred.
