Job Title:

AI Content Creator

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled AI Content Creator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience with AI tools and be able to think conceptually when needed.

The role requires a strong grasp of how content can play out across multiple mediums and the ability to combine and translate complex material from different sources and contexts into stories and content that engage and resonate with target audiences.

The successful candidate will have a flair for words, confident presenting and communicating clearly to other team members and clients.

They will also be comfortable working in a fast-paced, changing client environment and have a passion for creating engaging and inspiring content.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Write, research, and conceptualize creative, innovative content that brings readership and encourages sharing while best demonstrating AI capabilities within a systematic delivery process.
  2. Mastery of a variety of brand voices.
  3. Work closely with clients to create strong concepts from initial briefing through to execution.
  4. Set tone and drive creativity, working closely with the creative lead to ensure creative excellence.
  5. Maintain a high awareness of relevant trending topics and news to identify content opportunities.
  6. Work with our Training team to actively explore, implement, and explain new AI techniques to help our wider user base achieve high-quality creative outputs.
  7. Work with our teams to test new features and provide feedback to drive platform improvements.
Requirements:
  1. Strong experience writing for digital (minimum 3+ years of digital agency experience).
  2. A powerful grasp of how content can play out across multiple mediums.
  3. Able to use data and insight to inform creative.
  4. A flair for words.
  5. Confident presenting and communicating clearly to other team members and clients.
  6. Confident and comfortable working in a fast-paced, changing client environment.
  7. A passionate and inspiring creative.
  8. The aptitude to learn new software and programmes efficiently and effectively.
  9. Self-motivated, working with little supervision.
  10. Collaborative team player, open-minded – non-political.
  11. Discrete about all confidential and personal information.
  12. Driven, proactive, helpful, and enthusiastic team player.
  13. Willings to learn and incorporate AI into design processes.
