Role Description

The Event Management Analyst will work collaboratively with our Event Management team to resolve technical issues generated by our integrated monitoring systems.

Key Accountabilities:
  • Respond promptly and effectively to events generated from our clients' monitoring platforms
  • Analyze performance data to identify trends and potential problems
  • Evaluate the impact of events on business criticality
  • Communicate clearly and concisely with internal and external stakeholders during the event triage process
  • Ensure high-quality technical support by following best practices throughout the process
  • Escalate events to the event management engineer for further troubleshooting and resolution
  • Manage responsibilities and adjust priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Deliver exceptional client support and communication via various channels
Qualifications:
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in CISCO network/NOC design and deployment
  • Strong experience in managing network tickets, particularly with Cisco devices, switching, firewalls, and security operations
  • Understanding of network security and access control
  • Basic knowledge and configuration experience with networking features and protocols
  • Proven technical expertise as a subject matter expert (SME) in MSP products
  • Excellent attention to detail with a strong focus on adhering to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
