Content Creation Specialist

A leading go-to-market solution empowers revenue teams globally, trusted by over 500,000 companies and millions of users.

This specialist owns the creation, optimization, and maintenance of internal and external knowledge base content, partnering with Product Managers, Engineers, Customer Support, Rev Ops, and Customer Success to ensure a seamless customer experience.

The role evolves: this specialist integrates AI-driven tools to accelerate content creation, identify weak spots in documentation, and scale the Knowledge Base without creating extra workload.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Research, write, and develop new and updated knowledge base articles, FAQs, troubleshooting guides, snippets, and internal enablement docs.
  • Partner closely with Product Managers and Engineers to deeply understand new features and translate technical detail into clear, customer-ready content.
  • Capture recurring issues, identify knowledge gaps, and improve internal workflows through collaboration with Support, Customer Success, and Enablement teams.
  • Accelerate drafting, auditing, and surfacing weak or duplicate content using AI-assisted tools.
  • Conduct recurring content audits to ensure KB remains accurate, current, and discoverable.
  • Mentor junior writers, sharing best practices for technical writing, SEO, and AI adoption.
  • Drive the creation and execution of release notes and documentation plans tied to product launches.
  • Provide training/reference content to accelerate onboarding and upskilling of internal employees.
