Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Intelligence Developer to join our team. This role involves designing, developing, and maintaining end-to-end BI solutions using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik.

The successful candidate will have strong proficiency in BI visualization tools, including experience with DAX, custom visuals, or advanced dashboard design.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum of 4 years' hands-on experience as a BI Developer or in a similar analytics-focused role.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL skills, including query optimization, stored procedures, and working with large, complex datasets across multiple database platforms.
  • Advanced ETL tool experience, including data cleansing, transformation, and automation workflows.
  • Familiarity with cloud-based BI and data solutions (e.g., Azure Synapse, AWS Redshift, Google BigQuery) and their integration capabilities.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capability to interpret complex datasets and deliver clear, meaningful insights.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., Python, R) for data manipulation and statistical analysis is highly desirable.
