Process Coordination Expert


About the Role

This role involves providing process coordination expertise to ensure seamless freight forwarding and CargoWise One operations. The ideal candidate will have experience in ETA checking, job updates, shipment and consolidation registration, order track reporting, and other related tasks.


Key Responsibilities
  • ETA Checking: Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely arrivals and departures.
  • Job Updates: Provide regular updates on shipment status to clients and internal teams.
  • Shipment Registration: Register shipments accurately and efficiently within CargoWise One.
  • Order Track Reporting: Generate detailed reports on order tracking for clients and internal use.
  • Data Entry: Accurately enter data into SLA systems with attention to detail.

Qualifications and Requirements
  • Graduate of Customs Administration or related field.
  • Knowledgeable in EDI and Incoterms.
  • Familiarity with CargoWise or similar systems.
  • Work experience in a freight/brokerage firm.
  • Excellent communication skills in email, chat, and online meetings.
