Job Description

CSC is seeking a skilled Retail Operations Supervisor to oversee daily store operations and ensure exceptional customer service in a fast-paced food service environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Store Management: Supervise and manage staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
  • Customer Service: Foster strong relationships with customers by providing excellent service and ensuring their needs are met.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels, manage stockroom organization, and maintain accurate records.
  • Scheduling: Create efficient schedules for staff to meet business needs and maintain adequate coverage.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in HRM, food service management, or related field.
  • Work Experience: Proven work experience in the food service industry, preferably in a supervisory role.
  • Skills: Strong leadership skills, ability to work flexible hours, excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
