Job Title: Human Capital Officer

At Ayuda Business Management Solution Inc, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Capital Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for administering and coordinating human resources programs, including compensation and benefits, employee relations, and performance management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with company goals and objectives.
  • Assist in developing and implementing employee retention and engagement programs.
  • Provide coaching and guidance on employee relations matters and ensure legal compliance.
  • Supervise employee benefits programs and ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Ensure adherence to legal and company policies and procedures and undertake disciplinary actions if necessary.
  • Supervise the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing, resume screening, interviewing, background checks, and hiring.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of the organization's training programs and recommend areas of improvement.
  • Maintain and provide accurate and timely HR management information and manage information in line with data protection policies and procedures.
  • Assist line managers in the performance appraisal process, including scheduling meetings and filling performance appraisal forms.
  • Coordinate learning and development activities, including planning arrangements for L&D events, responding to L&D queries, processing invoices related to L&D, and taking forward actions following training.
  • Ensure compliance of the department with QMS procedure and ISO standard requirements.
  • Assist in planning and managing the budget preparation and implementation for both departments.
  • Update job descriptions of employees annually or as necessary through coordination with different department heads.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or any related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience as a Human Resources Supervisor.
  • In-depth knowledge of safety regulations and compliance.
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and regulations.
  • Outstanding administrative and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and planning skills.
  • Good communication and presentation skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
