About the Role

We are seeking an experienced financial professional to join our team in a key role that involves maintaining accurate financial records and reporting for diverse clientele.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Statement Management: Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports
  • Accounting Duties: Perform general accounting duties such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations
  • Internal Controls and Accounting Policies: Implement and maintain effective internal controls and accounting policies
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the enhancement of accounting systems and procedures
Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field is required
  • Minimum 4-5 years of experience in a similar accounting or finance role, preferably in a professional services environment
  • Prior work experience with clients/companies in the same accounting role is highly valued
  • Proficiency in Xero accounting software and spreadsheet applications is essential
