Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Building Facilities Supervisor to join our team at D.M. Wenceslao & Associates Inc.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure the upkeep and preventive maintenance of all facility, mechanical, electrical, and other installed systems to maintain safety standards.
  • Supervise maintenance and technical support staff to ensure efficient operations.
  • Conduct facility and equipment inspections, report on conditions affecting operations, and recommend actions for repairs or renovations.
