Reporting to: Human Resources - Assistant Manager

The Facility Management Supervisor leads the entire facility in maintaining an efficient and functional workplace that promotes employee safety and productivity.

Other responsibilities include:

  • People Management: Manages individuals/teams to optimize their productivity and engagement which includes work planning, performance management, development and coaching, and team culture management.
  • Facility Management: Manages the facility operations, ensuring cleanliness and timely maintenance of facility equipment, enforcing safety guidelines, providing prompt action in resolving concerns, and establishing strategies to promote safety and cost saving initiatives.
  • Workspace Planning: Facilitates the execution of office space relocation and company event layout, aligning with involved stakeholders in order to cater requirements within the set timeline.

To succeed and grow in this role, you will be required to meet the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or Engineering Courses
  • At least five (5) years cumulative working experience specialized in Maintenance/Repair (Facilities/Property, Machinery and Equipment) or equivalent.
  • Facility Management Certified is a plus
  • BOSH (Basic Occupational Safety and Health) Certified is a plus
  • Excellent customer orientation to provide efficient and effective quality service to internal and external customers.
  • Interpersonal Skills to foster positive work relationships with stakeholders, employees, and team members.
  • Resource Management to efficiently plan and utilize budget and resources
  • Analytical Skills to identify trends, potential issues or opportunities for improvement from data and experience.
  • Knowledgeable in technical/engineering operations and facilities management practices
  • Proficient in G Suite applications/ MS Office
