Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare Statements of Accounts and post payments in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Monitor and oversee the Account Receivables and Payables to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Safeguard and ensure collections from clients, responding to customer calls and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Prepare necessary account reconciliations and assist with the monthly corporate bank reconciliation.
  • Perform other tasks as may be required to support the team.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's/College Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business, or equivalent.
  • Preferably with experience related to the job, with a strong understanding of SAP.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact with customers and colleagues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
