Job Opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced Adaptive Planning Specialist to provide expertise on the Adaptive Planning solution, contributing to implementation projects and supporting clients to ensure their success.

As a key member of our delivery team, you will be responsible for implementing and configuring the Adaptive Planning Business Planning Cloud solution for clients. Your primary focus will be on providing consultative services to help clients understand their current planning process and move legacy models into Adaptive Planning.

You will also be expected to develop and configure accurate forecasting and planning models in Adaptive Planning, assist in training sessions for users, and document planning models and reporting delivered to clients.

In addition, you will collaborate internally to share learnings and problems solved with colleagues and provide general customer service and assistance to clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing expertise on the Adaptive Planning solution

Requirements:
  • Financial and/or management accounting experience, particularly budgeting, planning, and management reporting
  • Exposure to designing and building complex financial planning models, with advanced Excel skills
  • Experience implementing at least one Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) system
  • Strong communicator, able to communicate with customers and colleagues with impact, credibility, and empathy
  • Ability to execute individual tasks with limited supervision and manage time effectively
