Senior Consultant - Cloud Data Engineering

At the forefront of data architecture and engineering, we're seeking a seasoned Senior Consultant to spearhead the design and implementation of logical and physical data models for cloud and hybrid data warehouse environments.

In terms of required technical expertise, we're looking for someone with:

  • Proven experience in designing and implementing logical and physical data models for cloud and hybrid data warehouse environments.
  • Expertise in multiple full life-cycle data warehouse implementations.
  • Understanding of data architectures necessary to support data integration processing.
  • Proficiency in data modeling technologies such as ER/Studio, ER/Win or similar.
  • Ability to quickly learn, adapt, and apply new technologies.
  • Data profiling and creation of source-to-target mappings.
  • Capacity to provision and configure Azure data service resources.

The following are also highly desirable:

  • Python & SQL Scripting.
  • SQL, PySpark.
  • General Cloud Architecture competency skillset – capable of taking requirements building out data pipelines.
  • API Knowledge is essential, with preference given to candidates who can create APIs.

Additional certifications such as Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, and semantic modeling are a plus.
