Job Description

We seek an experienced Export Sales Officer to join our team and contribute to our global sales efforts.

Responsibilities

  • Sales Development & Client Acquisition: Develop new business opportunities in the export market, focusing on food-related products.

  • Client Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with international clients, providing excellent customer service.

  • Market Research & Analysis: Conduct market research to understand industry trends and identify new market opportunities.

  • Export Documentation & Coordination: Coordinate documentation and manage shipping schedules to ensure timely deliveries.

  • Sales Presentations & Negotiations: Deliver effective sales presentations and negotiate terms to close sales agreements.

  • Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work closely with operations, logistics, and marketing teams to ensure product availability and effective promotion.

  • Travel Opportunities: Potential for travel to international markets and trade shows.

Requirements

  • Experience

    • Must have a background in exporting, with an emphasis on food-related exports.

    • Prior experience in sales, particularly export sales or international business development, is highly beneficial.

  • Skills

    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

    • Strong understanding of export processes, logistics, and trade regulations.

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

    • Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts simultaneously.

  • Education

    A degree in Business, Marketing, International Trade, or a related field is highly valued.
