Key Roles:
A seasoned DevOps engineer is required to spearhead the development of our Observability solution. This innovative platform will enable us to monitor and optimize our software applications, driving efficiency and quality across the board.

This role demands a deep understanding of Observability principles and tools such as Grafana, Prometheus, OpenSearch, and CloudWatch. The successful candidate will have hands-on experience in deploying and managing AWS resources, Full-Stack Software Engineering using languages like Java or C#, Typescript, JavaScript, Python, and PowerShell, as well as Application Lifecycle Management Tools like Source Code Management (git), DevOps platforms (Gitlab, TeamCity, Sonatype Nexus). Experience with monitoring application and infrastructure in both non-production and production systems is also essential.

Some key responsibilities include:
  • Designing and building an Observability solution that aligns with our IT strategy and vision
  • Integrating the Observability solution into delivery pipelines and application codebases
  • Collaborating with governance streams to ensure adherence to process, quality, and architectural design
  • Delivering against functional and non-functional requirements
  • Taking ownership and accountability for development of key features

Additional skills and qualifications include:
  • Experience with enterprise-level Monitoring tools and APM solutions like AppDynamics, DataDog, Dynatrace
  • Familiarity with cloud technologies and concepts on AWS or Azure/GCP
  • Knowledge of the Broking and Trading business domain
