About the Job:

This role is responsible for performing day-to-day data entry activities related to payroll and billing, as well as providing backup support for Human Resources. You will partner with market teams to ensure timely and accurate payroll and billing processing, including following up on outstanding invoices.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong customer service skills and build working relationships with clients and market teams to ensure accurate and timely data processing. They will embody the company's values of providing quality service to all associates and clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Data Entry and Support
    • Process client requests and set up orders.
    • Transact payroll processing for non-specialized client requests.
    • Enter transactions in 3rd party billing systems.
    • Prepare supporting attachments for billing.
    • Maintain daily, weekly, monthly, and periodic order and assignment housekeeping.
    • Monitor and address level 1 work orders.
  2. Sales and Operations Support
    • Provide sales administration support.
  3. General Support
    • Assist in data efforts for special projects.
    • Respond to emails.
  4. Human Resources Support
    • Maintain daily, weekly, monthly, and periodic employee housekeeping.
    • Research client, customer, and associate escalations.
    • Activate employee records.
    • Monitor and address level 1 work orders.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • English fluency required; Spanish language skills are a bonus.
  • Computer proficiency and systems savvy; MS Office/Google Suite, Quickbooks experience preferred.
  • 2-4 years of experience ideal.
  • Access to computer equipment and internet at office and home.
