Financial Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Financial Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our financial operations, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles, tax regulations, and financial reporting. You should also be proficient in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Microsoft Excel.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare, examine, and analyze financial statements to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.
  • Oversee the preparation and review of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Reconcile bank accounts and monitor cash flow.
  • Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
  • Prepare tax returns and ensure timely filing.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal controls, and applicable laws.
  • Support the finance team in various projects and ad-hoc reporting needs.

Requirements:

  • Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or equivalent certification preferred).
  • Experience:
  • Proven experience as an Accountant or in a similar financial role.
  • Skills:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
