Job Overview

Data Insights Specialist Position Summary:

  • Support clients through platform implementation and adoption, reviewing and scoping support tickets to drive business value.
  • Align client business objectives with baseline configuration options for seamless integration.
  • Solution client implementations based on client needs and platform architecture for optimal results.
  • Partner with engineers to address client issues and verify solutions for quality assurance.
Key Responsibilities

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Manage progress on client deliverables to ensure timely completion.
  • Review client sites and usage metrics to proactively identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with data engineers on business rules and logic implementation to drive data-driven decision making.
  • Identify opportunities to expand client subscriptions to meet evolving data needs.
  • Surfacing client feedback and needs to product management for continuous improvement.
Requirements

Requirements:

  • 2-4 years of client-facing data analyst experience.
  • Experience collaborating with technical teams as a QA, BA, and/or PM to drive project success.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
  • Experience with Tableau or Power BI for data visualization and insights.
  • Familiarity with programming languages (SQL and Python) or comfortable working with programming queries for data analysis.
