We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to support our data analysis team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Reporting Support: Prepare and refresh recurring people metrics on monthly/quarterly cadences, ensuring timely delivery and accuracy of data.
  • Data Preparation & QA: Validate and clean datasets from HR systems, run data quality checks, flag anomalies, and document fixes to maintain data integrity.
  • Dashboard Upkeep: Update and QA existing dashboards, ensure filters and definitions work as intended, and make layout/content tweaks as directed to enhance user experience.
  • Ad-Hoc Analysis: Pull extracts and run basic analyses to support data analysis and investigations, providing actionable insights for business decisions.
  • Documentation: Maintain data processing notes so logic is traceable and repeatable, facilitating knowledge sharing and reducing errors.
  • Privacy & Security: Handle sensitive employee data responsibly, follow access controls, and support compliance with data-privacy requirements to protect organizational assets.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for automation and propose improvements that enhance our produced insights, driving efficiency and effectiveness in our operations.
Requirements:
  • 1–2 years of experience in data/people analytics, HR reporting, or a similar analytical role (internships and project experience welcome).
  • Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills (pivots, lookups, nested formulas) are essential.
  • Familiarity with Business Intelligence tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau, or Looker) is a plus.
  • Experience with HR data, especially from HRIS/ATS/payroll platforms would be beneficial.
  • Analytical and data-driven mindset: ability to view large data sets and identify trends at a deep level.
  • Strong attention to detail, organisation, and follow-through; comfortable managing tasks independently and escalating blockers early.
  • Fluency in English, written and spoken.
