Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the IT team, ensuring effective completion of tasks and responsibilities.
  • Develop and implement IT strategies, policies, and procedures that align with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Maintain and monitor network performance, ensuring optimal uptime and efficiency.
  • Analyze business requirements and develop solutions for IT needs.
  • Design, develop, implement, and coordinate systems, IT Policies and Procedures.
  • Evaluate work performance, track, and review work progress of subordinates.
  • Provide direction, guidance, coaching, counseling, and motivation to subordinates.
  • Ensure the smooth running of computer systems, network, and data security within the limits of requirements, specifications, costs, and timelines.
Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of Computer Science, Information Technology or other related course.
  • At least ten (10) years work-related experience in IT, two (2) years of which is in the same capacity.
  • Knowledgeable in network infrastructure and set-up, Windows Servers, Linux Servers, GSuite Management, and IT Policies and Procedures.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, decision-making skills, communication skills, critical thinking skills, and project management skills.
