This role involves timely and accurate preparation, reconciliation, filing, lodging, and payment of PAYG, Payroll Tax, Superannuation, IRD, Kiwi saver, and all statutory requirements for both Aus and NZ.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Preparation, reconciliation, filing/lodgment, and payment of statutory requirements
  • Compliance with government regulations
  • Audit of payroll records
  • Staying up-to-date with taxation laws
  • Resolution of payroll discrepancies/queries
  • Support for process improvement projects

Requirements:

  • 3 years experience in AUS payroll
  • Experience with payroll processing and wage attachment
  • Knowledge of Kronos, Oracle HR, payroll, and general ledger systems
  • Quantitative and analytical skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in English, both written and verbal
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
