Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic plans for brand management across multiple media channels
  • Write engaging copy for emails and funnels, leveraging sales and psychology knowledge to enhance conversion rates
  • Analyze email and funnel statistics to identify areas for improvement and optimize results
  • Conduct split testing on copy in emails and funnels to refine content and drive better outcomes
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to inform high-level discussions and decisions
  • Possess expertise in Adobe Suites and Hubspot/Salesforce CRM
  • Design and execute marketing campaigns that align with business objectives
  • Work closely with directors and leaders to capitalize on opportunities and drive business growth
Requirements
  • Hold a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • At least 4 years of experience as a Marketing Copywriter
  • Proven project management and team management skills
  • Demonstrate exceptional copywriting skills
  • Experience with planning, budgeting, and reporting is highly desirable
  • Strong content creation abilities
  • Excellent research and analytical skills
  • Deep understanding of SEO strategy
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in digital marketing principles and practices
  • Proven ability to execute marketing programs effectively
