About the Role:
  • Leading Property Teams: Oversee the development of building operational plans and annual budgets, while ensuring regular reporting to management companies and building stakeholders on utility and service status.
  • Mentoring and Coaching: Provide guidance and support to engineers, supervisors, technicians, and other personnel in maintenance, accounting, administration, and contract services, promoting professional growth and development.
  • Collaborative Environment: Foster open communication among team members, including assistants, supervisors, and engineers, to facilitate efficient task designation and problem-solving.
  • Skill Development: Identify training needs and opportunities for staff members, recommending courses and programs to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Client Satisfaction: Collaborate with client representatives to understand their needs and preferences, making recommendations for operational and staffing adjustments to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Strategic Decision-Making: Contribute to strategic planning and decision-making processes, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Performance Evaluation: Conduct regular performance evaluations, providing constructive feedback and coaching to support staff growth and development.
  • Adherence to Policies: Ensure all staff members comply with company and building policies and procedures, implementing JLL standards and improvements throughout the facilities.
  • Knowledge Sharing: Share best practices and knowledge with colleagues, promoting a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
