The role of a Team Lead in the Order to Cash process is crucial for delivering seamless services within the Service Partnership Framework. This includes Credit and Customer Master Data, Non-Trade Billing, Cash Application, Collections and Dispute Management, Reconciliation and Reporting. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring effective process delivery, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions to enhance overall performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • People Management:
    • Lead and manage the performance of your team with high levels of personal integrity.
  • Partnership and Collaboration:
    • Ensure delivery of in-scope services within the Service Partnership Framework.
    • Interact with internal and external stakeholders to drive collaboration and partnership.
  • Operational Efficiency:
    • Ensure compliance with policies, tax laws, and regulatory requirements to mitigate financial risks.
    • Actively seek to improve service levels while reducing costs through continuous improvement.
  • Other Responsibilities:
    • Coordinate and participate in internal audits and improvement projects.
    • Develop a deep understanding of end-to-end process areas and interdependencies with other teams.
    • Present process-related content to stakeholders at an appropriate level.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience supervising teams in the Order to Cash process.
  • Experience working in GBS / Shared Services, fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) companies, and multinational environments.
  • Strong collaboration and partnership mindset.
  • Delivery-focused approach.
  • Good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Credit Management qualification or equivalent degree in Finance.
