Lead Business Systems Analyst Job

We are seeking an experienced Lead Business Systems Analyst to join our team. This role will be responsible for analyzing and defining business requirements, identifying functionality gaps, and recommending best practice solutions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP WMS and S4 eWMS, with experience in designing, configuring, testing, and training on these modules. They should also have experience integrating warehouse objects and designing and optimizing warehouse layouts for efficiency and ease of use.

In addition to technical skills, the successful candidate will possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

This is a full-time position that requires a Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field. Experience working in a standard office environment with standard equipment is also required.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and define business requirements
  • Identify functionality gaps and recommend solutions
  • Design and configure SAP and related systems
  • Maintain and troubleshoot SAP and related solutions
  • Work with cross-functional teams to implement system changes
  • Pursue ongoing education and training to enhance knowledge and skills

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field
  • 7+ years of SAP WMS and S4 eWMS experience
  • Experience designing, configuring, testing, and training on SAP WMS and S4 eWMS modules
  • Experience integrating warehouse objects and designing and optimizing warehouse layouts
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
