Job Title

A skilled IT Infrastructure Specialist is required to design, implement and maintain our organisation's technology infrastructure. This includes a focus on Windows environments, Microsoft 365, Azure, Intune and Defender.

This role plays a pivotal part in ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Designing and implementing scalable IT solutions that meet business needs.
  • Ensuring high levels of system availability, security and performance.
  • Maintaining and optimising Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint and OneDrive.
  • Configuring and managing Entra ID (Azure Active Directory) for identity and access management.
  • Deploying and optimising Microsoft Intune for endpoint management and security.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT infrastructure engineering, with experience working with Microsoft technologies. They should also have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as effective communication and documentation abilities.
