Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Cloud Infrastructure Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, building, and managing scalable cloud infrastructure solutions that meet the needs of our organization.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency gains through cloud adoption. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing best practices for cloud security, compliance, and governance.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and deploying cloud infrastructure using tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible.
  • Developing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines to automate infrastructure provisioning and management.
  • Collaborating with development teams to understand underlying requirements and implement infrastructure to support it.
  • Monitoring and logging solutions to ensure the availability, performance, and security of systems and applications.
Required Skills and Qualifications
The Essentials
  • A minimum of 3 years of major cloud service provider (either Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud) operations experience is required.
  • Experience maintaining, scaling, and operating a consumer multi-tenant offering, including handling alerts, troubleshooting issues, and identifying root causes during investigations.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience working in a SaaS (software-as-a-service) organization is required.
  • Proven experience with containers and container orchestrations systems (Kubernetes and Helm Charts) is required.
  • Experience designing, improving, and operating CI/CD release pipelines is required.
  • Templating and Configuration Languages for one or more of the following is required: Azure Resource Manager (ARM/Bicep), Terraform, JSON, YAML.
  • PowerShell experience is required.
