Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Tax Compliance Manager to join our Finance & Accounting Department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading our compliance efforts to ensure we meet all applicable laws and regulations.

You will review and evaluate tax-related transactions and processes to guarantee 100% tax compliance for our Philippines operations. This includes coordinating with tax auditors and consultants, negotiating with tax authorities, identifying areas of tax risks and exposures, and performing research and analysis on current tax laws.

In addition, you will ensure timely and accurate reporting to the BIR and other relevant tax authorities, assist with tax compliance deadlines, extensions, and audits, and coordinate with payroll to ensure accuracy of tax deductions.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; preferably a Certified Public Accountant
  • Minimum 5 years of working experience in the same field
  • Must have an experience in BIR reportorial and corresponding deadlines
  • Must be proficient in MS Office applications and any Accounting Software
  • Strong problem-solving, highly analytical, and good interpersonal skills
  • Results oriented, with a strong sense of urgency to meet deadlines
  • Excellent verbal and communication skills
  • Required language: English / Filipino
