Salary:

RM5,000 - RM7,000 per month (dependent on experience)

Job Description:

Responsibilities:
  • Website Maintenance: Ensure product information accuracy and relevance on the company website by updating content in a timely manner.
  • E-commerce Platform Management: Familiarize yourself with major e-commerce platforms such as Shopee, TikTok, Zalora, and Lazada to optimize our online presence.
  • Product Updates: Update products promptly on various e-commerce platforms, monitor evaluations, and process related information efficiently.
  • Data Management: Utilize Microsoft Excel for data analysis, reporting, and management tasks to inform business decisions.
  • Social Media Proficiency: Leverage your understanding of social media features to enhance online engagement and customer interaction.
  • Analytics: Apply strong analytical skills to interpret data, improve product listings, and develop effective sales strategies.
  • Agility: Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changes and handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year of experience handling online selling platforms such as Lazada, Shopee, TikTok, etc.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and its features.
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce and social media platforms.
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills for data interpretation and decision-making.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and agile environment.
