Job Opportunity

This role entails working under limited supervision, performing routine tasks and assuming responsibility for non-routine activities. The successful candidate will demonstrate a strong understanding of the importance of meeting service level agreements and delivering customer satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Resolve escalations from team members and possess a deep knowledge of working area processes and technical skills.
  • Develop high- and low-level design documents, test plans, use cases, and participate in implementation.
  • Provide support for routine technical queries related to a single product or small set of products and assist less experienced team members.
  • Take ownership of listening to and understanding customer problems by asking relevant questions to resolve commonly encountered issues within specified timeframes.

The role requires an advanced understanding of various factors to support multiple aspects of security technology, including Cisco, Palo Alto, Fortinet, and F5 systems in Enterprise networks, Service Provider networks, WAN/LAN networking environments.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
  • At least three years of hands-on experience in network engineering with a focus on security platforms.
  • Strong experience in configuring, managing, and troubleshooting security devices, including Next-Generation Firewalls (NGFWs), Load Balancers & Web Application Firewalls (WAFs), Intrusion Prevention Systems (IPS/IDS), VPN & Remote Access Solutions.
  • Exposure to complex network security analysis and troubleshooting.
  • Knowledge of firewall and routing/switching protocols, authentication & access control, encryption standards, and network security protocols.
