Cybersecurity Expert

The role entails working under minimal supervision to perform routine and non-routine tasks, prioritizing service level agreements and customer satisfaction. Escalations from team members will be addressed with a deep understanding of the work area, processes, and required technical skills.

• Providing support for various security technologies in enterprise networks, service provider networks, WAN/LAN networking.
• Creating high- and low-level design documents, test plans, developing use cases, and participating in implementation.
• Supporting routine technical queries related to single products or small sets of products and assisting less experienced team members.
• Taking ownership of resolving customer problems by asking relevant questions within required timescales.
• Developing an understanding of customer environments and service delivery requirements to deliver exceptional services.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience in network engineering with a focus on security platforms.
• Strong experience in configuring, managing, and troubleshooting security devices, including next-generation firewalls, load balancers, intrusion prevention systems, and VPN solutions.
• Exposure to complex network security analysis and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with firewall and routing/switching protocols, VPN technologies, authentication and access control, encryption standards, and security monitoring, threat analysis, and incident response.
• Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Bash, PowerShell) for automation and security policy management.
