Job Title: Creative & Administrative Assistant

About the Role

This role offers an opportunity to work on presentations and marketing projects as a presentation designer. You will be responsible for creating visually engaging and professional presentations using Figma Slides, interpreting design briefs, and applying current design trends while maintaining brand consistency.

You will also assist with email management, task tracking, and basic administrative tasks. The ideal candidate should have proficiency in Figma Slides, solid understanding of contemporary design trends, high organization skills, and strong written and verbal English skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Presentation Design: Create engaging presentations using Figma Slides; interpret and develop design from briefs or high-level guidance
  • Email Management: Assist with email management, task tracking, and basic admin follow-up
