Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned IT Security Lead to oversee the security of our systems and infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic advice on critical security issues that may impact customer or corporate security
  • Analyze system designs from a comprehensive security perspective for in-country and global perspectives
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand security requirements and needs
  • Support the identification of security objectives and requirements
  • Design and implement security controls and systems within established security guidelines
  • Document the design, operation, use, and expected outputs of new systems
  • Recommend security products, services, and procedures to enhance system architecture designs
  • Stay up-to-date with modern security software architectures and network architecture design best practices
  • Support the testing and evaluation of new security technologies and controls
  • Identify and address security gaps in system architectures
  • Maintain documentation of security standards and procedures
  • Ensure the integrity of security systems, platforms, and associated software
  • Perform routine review and audit of infrastructure security systems
  • Support the resolution of identified problems; Implement new enterprise security architecture, technologies, and enhancements
  • Propose ways to scale up and automate security infrastructure and processes for in-country and global entities
  • Resolve issues in security system implementation
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Graduate degree in Information Technology or related field
  • At least 5 years working experience in information security administration and design
  • Proven track record in handling and resolving security-related incidents
  • Working knowledge of vulnerabilities assessment for operating systems such as Windows, Linux, and application programming languages such as web3 and html
  • Experience in performing penetration testing
  • Implementation and administration of security software such as Trend Micro Enterprise Security Suite, Barracuda Web Application Firewall, Fortinet software, Microsoft Azure AD, Privilege Access Management tools such as CyberArk, etc. would be an advantage
  • ITIL training would be beneficial
  • Experience in managing vendors
  • Ability to work on standby after office hours for security-related incidents
