Job Description

As a Social Media Ads Specialist at Integrated OS, you will play a critical role in developing and managing paid social media campaigns to enhance brand awareness, engagement, and conversions for our clients. You will be responsible for creating compelling ad content, conducting audience research, and monitoring campaign performance data to inform targeting strategies and campaign optimisation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute paid social media campaigns across various platforms, including Meta/Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and others.
  • Conduct audience research to inform targeting strategies and campaign optimisation.
  • Understand what ad formats are best practice to drive engagement and leads on specific social media platforms at each stage of the conversion funnel.
  • Monitor and analyse campaign performance data, making data-driven adjustments to improve ROI.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in social media advertising.
  • Manage and optimise social media budgets to ensure efficient spend and maximum impact.
  • Prepare reports on campaign performance, insights, and recommendations.
  • Communicate complex technical information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure best practices are shared across the business.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • 3+ years of experience managing paid social media campaigns, with a strong track record of success.
  • Expertise using Meta Business Suite, TikTok Business Centre, LinkedIn Business Manager, and Pinterest Business Manager.
  • In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, their advertising capabilities, and best practices.
  • Proven experience creating, understanding, and communicating complex reporting and insights.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience working independently and as part of a team.
