We're seeking a skilled QA Automation Engineer to join our Engineering team. The ideal candidate has previously built an automated test environment from the ground up, with strong experience using Cypress or Playwright alongside BrowserStack, and possesses excellent JavaScript engineering skills.

The role involves utilizing open-source and commercial frameworks & libraries to develop our automated testing system and suite of automated tests. This includes working on both browser-based UI testing and API testing, collaborating with manual QA engineers to prioritize which tests need automation, and partnering with engineers to build efficient processes for reporting issues discovered by automated tests.

You will be responsible for building and maintaining our automated testing system, ensuring it's efficient and effective in identifying potential security risks. Your work will play a critical role in helping us achieve our mission of enhancing cybersecurity measures.

To succeed in this role, you'll need to have:

  • Proven experience building an automated test environment from the ground up.
  • Strong experience with Cypress and/or Playwright.
  • Proficiency with BrowserStack for web testing.
  • Strong understanding of both browser-based UI testing and API testing.
  • High level of JavaScript engineering skill.
