Marketing Specialist Role

We are seeking a talented Marketing Specialist to join our team. As a Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for creating engaging content, managing social media platforms, and crafting persuasive copy.

About the Job

The role involves juggling multiple tasks such as content creation, social-media management, copywriting, basic infographic design, and providing support for some SEO and GEO initiatives.

  • Create original, research-driven articles or landing pages and publish them on our website, LinkedIn, and other external platforms.
  • Plan, write, and schedule social posts across LinkedIn, Twitter, and Reddit; engage with comments and tag relevant voices.
  • Draft newsletter items summarizing the week's key insights.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends by tracking algorithm updates, exploring new tools, and sharing takeaways with the team.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills; able to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Google Drive.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Native-level or fluent English with strong copywriting and editing skills across formats.
  • Working knowledge of marketing principles, social-media management, basic design tools (Canva/Figma), and foundational SEO.
  • Familiarity with GEO concepts—structured Q&A, snippet optimization, source authority—or a proven ability to learn them quickly.
