Content Creation Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Content Creation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our content creation unit, you will be responsible for developing and executing high-performing content strategies that drive business growth.

About the Role:
  • Create engaging ad creatives that convert, fuelling our growth and driving business results
  • Partner with internal design and media production teams to brief and request static and video assets for paid campaigns
  • Source, brief, and manage user-generated content (UGC) creators and agencies to deliver daily fresh video content
  • Translate campaign objectives into clear creative briefs that drive measurable outcomes
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of performance-ready creatives across various paid platforms
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience in content management or marketing
  • Proven track record of producing high-performing UGC-led video ads
  • Strong understanding of paid platforms, including Google, Meta, and TikTok
  • Strong project management skills; comfortable managing multiple creative streams at once
  • Data-driven with a keen eye for performance metrics
  • Team player; able to collaborate across creative, external partners, and performance teams
