As a key player in our organization, you will be responsible for extracting valuable insights from data to inform business decisions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support internal analyses and generate actionable insights to drive strategic growth.
  • Communicate complex information clearly through reports, dashboards, and presentations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Assist in client meetings as a subject-matter expert, providing valuable expertise while focusing on internal analysis and insights.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, and R programming languages.
  • A strong foundation in statistical modeling and experimental design (e.g., sampling, confidence intervals, agreement metrics).
  • Experience working with large datasets, with the ability to scale analyses as data volume grows.
  • Familiarity with Business Intelligence/visualization tools such as Looker Studio, Sisense, Tableau, or Power BI.
  • Experience in cloud data environments like Google Cloud Platform preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills to convey complex ideas clearly through reports, dashboards, and presentations.
  • Ability to support client meetings as a subject-matter expert, while primarily focused on internal analysis and insights.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a quantitative role (Analytics consultant, Quantitative Analyst, Product Analyst, or similar) with proven ability to navigate ambiguous environments.
  • Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field, OR equivalent practical experience. An advanced degree is a plus, but not required.
  • SQL: Highly proficient in using SQL to query, manipulate, and manage data within relational databases.
  • Statistical Knowledge: Solid understanding of statistical concepts (like probability, regression analysis, and hypothesis testing).
  • Database and Data Warehousing: Knowledge of different database systems (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and concepts like data warehousing and ETL processes important for managing large datasets.
  • Oral and written comprehension; Appropriate use of language.
