Job Description

As a Business Intelligence Developer III, you will play a crucial role in advancing ETL processes, report development, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and optimize business intelligence solutions.

This position requires an individual who can work effectively with large amounts of data, ensuring accuracy and readiness for analysis, and transfer to new formats. Additionally, you will provide in-depth analyses and actionable insights based on data trends and patterns, communicate complex data in a simple, actionable way, and collaborate with leaders and stakeholders in consolidating business requirements for report and dashboard creation, automation, and analytics needs.

Key responsibilities include working with data engineers to design and optimize data pipelines, leading the design, development, and optimization of complex ETL processes for large-scale data integration, designing and developing sophisticated, highly interactive reports and dashboards using advanced BI tools, driving and enforcing comprehensive data governance policies, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company standards, and collaborating with executive leadership to align BI strategies with overall business goals.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Programming, Engineering, IT, Management Information System, or related disciplines.
  • Expertise in Snowflake Data Warehouse, ETL, OLAP Cube and Report design/development, and data modeling.
  • Advanced proficiency in SQL for data querying and manipulation.
  • Advanced proficiency with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, AWS Quicksight or similar.
  • Strong knowledge of relational database concepts and ERD.
  • Proficiency in Machine Learning and AI.
  • Advanced proficiency with Salesforce CRM Analytics.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with ability to communicate at the C-Level.
  • Able to work independently and in a team, rigorous, detail-oriented, and critical thinker.
  • Skilled in the use of Microsoft Office products.
