System Administrator Job Summary:

PRL Speedup Inc is seeking a highly skilled System Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing our IT infrastructure.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement IT infrastructure solutions that meet business needs.
  • Manage and maintain existing IT infrastructure including servers, storage, and network devices.
  • Develop and implement disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize IT projects.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to other departments as needed.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in system administration, Microsoft technologies, and servers.
  • MCSA certification or equivalent is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of IT Operations best practices with expertise in security, storage, data protection, and disaster recovery protocols.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing IT strategy and plans.
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to troubleshoot different Cloud Technologies (Office 365, MS SharePoint, etc.).
  • Capacity planning for all services employing industry best practices for storage, backup, patching, security, and disaster recovery.
  • Managing Windows Server using virtual machines Hyper-V or VMware.
  • Implementing security best practices to protect systems and data.
  • Maintaining Data Storage and Data Store Cluster environments.
  • Documenting procedures and best practices for system administration tasks.
  • Experience in System and Website development (Company Intranet System).
  • Experience in Programming languages (Web Development).
