**Job Description:**

As an IT Infrastructure Specialist, you will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and maintaining our company's infrastructure. You will work closely with our teams to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions to enhance our infrastructure's efficiency and scalability.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Design and Implementation: Design and implement new hardware devices, servers, systems, and software for our IT Infrastructure.
  • Incident Response: Respond to incidents, identify root causes, and resolve technical issues within service-level agreements (SLAs).
  • Hardware Management: Manage and maintain user access, roles, and permissions across various systems.
  • Project Delivery: Participate in and/or lead the delivery of infrastructure projects (e.g., new system deployments, migrations, upgrades).
  • System Maintenance: Periodically perform system upgrades and apply patches to fix security vulnerabilities.
  • Backup and Recovery: Ensure that all backup jobs for servers, storage systems, networks, and security devices are successfully completed.
  • Business Continuity: Participate in business continuity and recovery efforts.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Update and maintain asset inventory, system documentation, processes, and procedures. Provide reports on system availability, performance, security, and network health to management.

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's/College Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or any IT related course
  • Any IT Certification (Cloud, Security, Server and Network)
  • At least 3 years working experience as System and/or Network Administrator or equivalent
  • Strong understanding of networking (LAN, WAN, VPN, Wireless), security (Firewall, AV), cloud computing (Azure/AWS), system administration (Windows/Linux), and virtualization technologies (HyperV/VMware)
  • At least 3 years of experience designing, implementing, and supporting system & network infrastructure and cloud infrastructure (Azure, Office 365, Intune, AWS, SAAS)
  • Expertise in specific technologies like Active Directory, PKI/Certificate, DNS, DHCP, Microsoft Azure, AWS, Office365, Microsoft Intune, Windows/Linux Servers, SQL/Database, Aruba/Cisco Network, Fortigate/Checkpoint, Veeam, OpManager, Dell/HP Servers, HyperV/VMWare, Webex, LAN, WAN, SDWAN, SCADA, IOT, SAP HANA, Snowflake
  • Ability to think long-term and align infrastructure improvements with business goals
  • Willingness to quickly adjust to changing technologies, business requirements, or environments
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills, working effectively with other departments and team members
  • Local travel may be required when needed
